In using these data communication and storage methods, our firm employs measures designed to maintain data security. We use reasonable efforts to keep such communications and data access secure in accordance with our obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. We require our third party vendors to do the same.

You recognize and accept that we have no control over the unauthorized interception or breach of any communications or data once it has been sent or has been subject to unauthorized access, notwithstanding all reasonable security measures employed by us or our third party vendors. Your records are the primary records for your operations and comprise the backup and support for your work product. Our copies of your records and documents are not a substitute for your own records and do not mitigate your record retention obligations under any applicable laws or regulations.

Workpapers and other documents created by us are our property and will remain in our control. Copies are not to be distributed without our prior written consent. Our workpapers will be maintained by us in accordance with our firm’s record retention policy and any applicable legal and regulatory requirements. A copy of our record retention policy is available upon request.

Our firm destroys workpaper files after a period of 10 years. Catastrophic events or physical deterioration may result in damage to or destruction of our firm’s records, causing the records to be unavailable before the expiration of the retention period as stated in our record retention policy.” font_container=”tag:p|font_size:16px|text_align:left|line_height:20px” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_custom_heading text=”Working Paper Access Requests by Regulators and Others” font_container=”tag:h5|font_size:16px|text_align:left|line_height:20px” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_custom_heading text=”Regulators may request access to or copies of certain workpapers pursuant to applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Requests

workpapers will be provided under the supervision of firm personnel. Regulators may request copies of selected workpapers to

within the time permitted for us to respond, or if your action does not result in a judicial order protecting us from supplying

comply with the request. If we are not a party to the proceeding in which the information is sought, you agree to reimburse us for our

information provided in the statements and will not undertake any action to verify this information. We will not monitor transactions,
investment activity, provide investment advice, or supervise the actions of the entity or individuals entering into transactions or
investment activities on your behalf. We recommend you receive and carefully review all statements upon receipt, and direct any

responsibility for such services. You are ultimately responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls, including

ethical standards of our firm or the ethical standards of our profession, we may be required to suspend or terminate our services

thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try to settle the dispute by mediation
administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Professional Accounting and Related Services Dispute
Resolution Rules before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. The mediator will be selected
by agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, a mediator shall be designated by the AAA. Any mediator so
designated must be acceptable to all parties. The mediation will be conducted in Colorado. The mediation will be treated as a settlement
discussion and, therefore, will be confidential. The mediator may not testify for either party in any later proceeding related to the
dispute. No recording or transcript shall be made of the mediation proceedings. The costs of any mediation proceedings shall be shared
equally by all parties. Any costs for legal representation shall be borne by the hiring party.
You agree to hold Global International Management, LLC harmless from any and all claims which arise from knowing
misrepresentations to Global International Management by your management, or the intentional withholding or concealment of
information from Global International Management by the management of your company. Your company also agrees to indemnify
Global International Management, LLC for any claims made against our firm by third parties which arise from any of these actions by
your management. The provisions of this paragraph shall apply regardless of the nature of the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global International Management, LLC and any of its partners, principals,
shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents or assigns with respect to any and all claims arising from this
engagement, regardless of the nature of the claim, and including the negligence of any party, excepting claims arising from the gross
negligence or intentional acts of the firm.” font_container=”tag:p|font_size:16px|text_align:left|line_height:20px” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_custom_heading text=”Proprietary Information” font_container=”tag:h4|font_size:16px|text_align:left|line_height:20px” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_custom_heading text=”You acknowledge that proprietary information, documents, materials, management techniques and other intellectual property we use
are a material source of the services we perform and were developed prior to our association with you. Any new forms, software,
documents or intellectual property we develop during this engagement for your use shall belong to us, and you shall have the limited
right to use them solely within your business. All reports, templates, manuals, forms, checklists, questionnaires, letters, agreements
and other documents which we make available to you are confidential and proprietary to us. Neither you, nor any of your agents, will
copy, electronically store, reproduce or make available to anyone other than your personnel, any such documents. This engagement

• Should a student also have access to mobile Flashcards, Final Review and/or
Supplemental MCQs, the purchase of a course license extension will also extend the expiration date of Extra Help products.

Cancellations and Refunds Becker Dutch Caribbean and
Suriname
As we are subject to specific circumstances for our region our Cancellation Refunds
policy is as follows:
In case of US State Board rejection, an application fee of up to USD1000 is nonrefundable. This amount can be lowered based on the individual circumstances of actual incurred costs such as translation and diploma evaluation.
For Live Format students, a 50% tuition refund (minus all applicable costs) will be issued to students who withdraw on or before the 2nd business day after the start date of the first scheduled section. Thereafter, no refund will be issued as full access to course content has been granted and planning and scheduling of (foreign) instructors and professors are agreed and committed.
Under certain circumstances, a live class may be cancelled in advance of the scheduled start date. Students will be provided with rescheduling options which could include access to self-study materials when live courses are not available. If rescheduling efforts are not successful, a refund for the cancelled course section may be issued and access suspended provided that the section content has not been accessed.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Software: Refund Policy – A full refund (less any applicable savings and fees) will be
issued within 10 days of initial purchase. After expiration of original 18-month course
license, no refund will be issued.

(a) To use, re-use, publish, re-publish, copy, modify, display and createderivative works in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, recordings or testimonials in any medium (including without limitation, in print and on the Internet) and for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation in advertising, marketing, publications, electronic distribution, and the Internet and for any other commercial purpose; and

(b) To use the student’s name in connection therewith if Becker so chooses; and

(c) To copyright the same in the name of Becker, or any other name that Becker
may choose.

and (2) waives any and all rights to such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings, or testimonial and assigns all such rights to Becker. If the student is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian’s signature indicates that he/ she and the student have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclosure.

The student understands that there will be no compensation for the permitted use of any testimonial (written or oral), photographs, film, video or other images, or sound recordings taken by Becker or of the student’s name.

The student releases and discharges Becker, its successors, assigns and any designee (including any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical or other publication) from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings, or testimonial, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, emotional distress or any similar right. Furthermore, the student represents and warrants that any testimonial given is original and does not infringe upon copyright or proprietary rights of another person or entity.
